people say it will break the country if we provide for our unemployed.
They say we can't find a way to revitalize our basic industries, and that
acting against unfair trade practices will surely start a trade war. They say
our national leadership and the Congress don’t have the answers or ability to
address our problems responsibly. I can't agree with the pessimists....People
said that Social Security...was doomed because the Congress couldn't even agree
on how big the problem was, let alone solve it. Well it wasn't easy...For a
solution, everyone had to give a little, and every special interest had to
yield to the public interest. We even came to the eleventh hour and
almost didn't do the job... but we did.....Solving our problems won't be easy,

exit strategy for private equity. We all know in your own

in your family or neighborhood. This is not the creed of private
equity. So let's not confuse private equity with the local small

sacred Western PA traditions, but we could not believe it when we heard
this YOUNG GUN, was attacking the late Senator John Heinz. Ok-So Senator
Heinz was never endorsed by the CLUB FOR GROWTH. Heinz was no
extremist. By today's standards, Heinz would be called by the rabid supporters
of this Pat Robertson acolyte, a RINO. However, Senator Heinz had deep
roots in the area. He always had time to listen to the little guy, and he
wanted the Middle Class in our region to thrive. Keith here's some free
political advice from our citizen journalists: We could use a lot

One of our citizen journalists needed a stress test. He went to his local lab and quickly found that most of the other customers were are on Medicare and most were there to get cleared for another procedure like prostrate surgery or gastric by-pass surgery. One rather morbidly obese senior asked the nosy journalist: "What happens when my Ryan voucher book is empty; do I have to dig into my retirement savings?" Another senior woman said, "Why do I have to lose benefits to give corporate tax reductions to firms sending jobs to China?" Our Citizen Journalist is not as good as doing focus groups as the NRCC's Frank Luntz but you do not need to be a well-paid pollster to know that the RYAN Medicare Plan is DOA in Western PA. Why would Rothfus support this RYAN plan that will lower the standard of living for our region's middle class Seniors? Yesterday, was the National Day of Prayer: GOD SAVE THE WESTERN PA MIDDLE CLASS!
