"Keith's work during the aftermath of Katrina was outstanding. Thank
you for bringing your
FEMA abstinence program to New Orleans. The FEMA abstinence
program couldn't have come at a better time. With a shortage of condoms
and with a damaged medical infrastructure this was not the time for a
population explosion in the BIG EASY!!! He will make a wonderful
Congressman and I'm certain the Beltway will be happy to have this innovator
back in town."
