We are agnostic about private equity. But it is not the
same capitalism as committed local ownership. Capital equity is 5 years
and out with the least amount of investment possible. There is always an
exit strategy for private equity. We all know in your own
neighborhood or house, a caring person makes investments because you have pride
in your family or neighborhood. This is not the creed of private
equity. So let's not confuse private equity with the local small
