WE LOST OUR AREA'S KOMODO DRAGON, BUT WE ARE WITNESSING A POLITICAL CHAMELEON IN ACTION

Politicos are akin to a chameleon - flaunt your color which suites ... 

We are highly amused at the Altmire campaign's ad which claims the Lobbyist has stood up to the Tea Party.  Altmire's unprincipled grand-standing has been the greatest inspiration in the Democratic Caucus for the Tea Party.  We are asking our readers to close their eyes. Open them and Lobbyist Altmire will be whatever you want him to be.  In 2006 and 2008, he could be a San Francisco liberal touting universal health care.  In 2010, he lectures our President on the need to cut health care costs further, as he plays the Health Care expert.  In 2012,  after Lobbyist Altmire remains willing to sacrifice Medicare at the expense of area Seniors, after strong rumors of being in hot and heavy negotiations with the NRCC, and finally after being a reliable  Fox News Contributor, Altmire claims he stands up against his Tea Party friends of 2010.  The Pittsburgh Zoo may have lost our beloved Komodo Dragon, but we are witnessing a human Chameleon right before our very eyes.
