The disgruntled Altmire staffer informed us the Lobbyist added some attacks on Johnstown and its voters during his stirring Beaver County address. The disgruntled staffer counseled the Lobbyist not to use these attacks against the good voters in the Eastern part of the PA 12th CD. Lobbyist, we officially designate all the 99 percent who live in Johnstown as part of the Western PA Middle Class
